Where else but rugby? This photo has been all-over but we show it, just in case you have not seen it. There are very few other sports where two opponents have given their all in a crucial game and one, SBW, can console his opposite number, Jesse Kriel, after the NZ defeat of RSA last weekend. Doff of the cap to NZ’s Sonny Bill Williams and the tweeting respect these two men had for each other was a credit to them, their teams but most importantly, the game.

Canada NSMT Sevens The trip to Oz last weekend did not exactly have local fans jumping about the results. The NSMT won the Bowl but showed considerable rust in most of their matches, according to reports. The men reappear in Florida this weekend for the Halloween Sevens, a competition featuring two strong U.S. teams from their sevens pool and Argentina Rugby, along with some quality Regional All Star groups. John Moonlight will captain the side while Conor Trainor, Phil Mack, Nathan Hirayama and Nanyak Dala also return after spending the summer with the senior men’s side. For CW, this means that McCloskey and Scholz may be available for Saturday’s game and Fuli is healthy and will join Yak in Florida. Good luck, NSMT.
