Junior Boys

CW Juniors, often referred to as Age Grade, field teams in the Fall in U14, U16 and U18 Divisions. U16 and U18 compete for Provincial titles, while U14’s the Island Title only. The season begins in September with Playoffs starting in December. All three CW Junior Boys programs have won the Island Championships 2 years running with the U18 squad winning the Provincial title in 2024. Many players have attained representative honours with Junior Tide, Team B.C., U20 Canada, and National 15 and 7’s. A number of our athletes have also gone on to represent University teams and we currently have ten players playing Premier rugby with CW or another club, who have “graduated” from CW Juniors. There is no player that would regret joining our Junior Program which is also strongly supported by parents, based on the mantra of:

"Building self-esteem and confidence through rugby."

 Please note: Age Grade competition for the 2025 season will be for boys born 2008-2013
