Easson & Gamage Vs Sutherland and Bowd.

The last meeting between the Vikings and CW was last season, resulting in a CW victory, 38 – 21.  Matters are not as clear cut this year, with the Tricolors experiencing tough going.  UVic barely has their nose ahead on the table, so there will be more than just bragging rights at stake on Saturday at Wallace Field.  CW has a host of Viking alum available for selection, led by Kratz and Bowd.  Boyd-Porter, Hager, Rinkley-Krinkle, Easson, Tate, and Ogunlabe, are all raising their hand for selection.  The Vikings are coming off a close win over James Bay, following their disappointing campaign at the University Nationals.  CW gave it a good shot last week against Capilanos but came up on the short end.  The Premier encounter will be preceded by the CW Divvies taking on a Norseman team that has only lost one match.  Details will be posted tomorrow if we have selections.  Hopefully the support will be on the sidelines in numbers for a hopeful Upset Saturday.
