"Irish /Canadian", Shane O'Leary from Limerick notched fourteen points with the boot as Canada opened their WJRC with a win over Tonga by a score of 24 to 6.  Tonga always has huge tough boys at this age group and two years ago, Canada suffered a loss to them.  It was good to read of solid play by the forwards, enabling a talented backline to show its stuff.  Of interest for CW fans was the fact that Lucas Hammond started at #9 and late season addition to the club, Peter Van Buren also is on the squad.  Canada next plays Japan, big winners over Uruguay, on Saturday.  Go, you good things.
