Weekend Docket

CW Premier men will travel to the North Shore to play Capilano. This is a rare scheduling, to have a mainland and Island team play away and home games in the first half of the season.  In fact, I cannot recall such an occurence and wonder just what the BCRU intent was.  Neither club has had their first division teams play against each other!  Two weeks back, Caps laid the wood on CW and have since continued with good results.  Team selections are not available at this time.  Best of luck, lads.

In Victoria, CW's First Division women travel crosstown to take on James Bay.  Kickoff will be at 11:15.

SUNDAY

U16 Boys will play Cowichan at Herd Road in the VIRU Finals.  1:00 p.mU18 Boys take on Salish Warriors at the House of Windsor for the Championship.

CRIMSON TIDE AWARD

Every season, players from the Junior Tide program are recognised for their outstanding leadership, both on, and off the field.  Here we see Annon McAllister, (center), join Gwen King (right), both from CW, and Belle Rousseau (left), from JBAA being honoured by Shane Muldrew. 'onyas, both.
