We offer another unique aspect of the item, that being, it will be a “hosted” experience, with Alistair Palmer aka ‘Taxi”, on hand to support and offer all that is magic about your stay.

The Quarrybbean is a 2.5 acre private lot within a 450 acre bare land strata. The property features a large floating dock, ramp, patio-styled concrete wharf with an outdoor shower, and a 235 foot set of rails that a funicular elevator carriage rides up and into an elevator building. On top of the site is a studio and deck with stunning views of Quarry Bay, Malaspina Strait and Texada Island. A patio-styled bridge leads you to a three story building that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a very large kitchen, lounging and dining area. There’s plenty of outdoor deck space for lounging, dining and a barbecue. 

This offering is ideal for a mature family or a group (seniors friendly) of 3/4 couples. It's an off the grid property but with its own solar powered electrical system. You can expect all the creature comforts. Included are 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 row boats and floaties! If you prefer fresh water swimming, there are two warm water lakes you can access with a comfortable fifteen minute hike.
