World Rugby Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Certification Course

Academy Mission
• To develop, support and track rugby players within BC through the provision of world class coaching, training and analysis.
• To provide Rugby Canada with up-to-date data on all Academy identified athletes.

2015 Academy Program Details
The CDI High Performance U14 Academy Camps will run in three different regions on Saturday mornings from February 21st to May 9th, 2015. Each Academy group will be headed by a B.C. appointed coach who will be supported by camp staff which will include BC Provincial Coaches, and, when available, National Team players and Rugby Canada Staff. These camps provide an exclusive opportunity for the following Age Groups: U14 and U13: Birth years 2001 and 2002.

Besides getting exposure to quality coaching, athletes will also be introduced to Rugby Canada Fitness testing protocols as ran by Competitive Thread.

Participants will receive personal evaluations and feedback along with a water bottle, rugby ball, t-shirt and track jacket. The cost for the 11 sessions that the Academy provides is $320.00 plus GST.
