The boys take their act on the road again this weekend when they visit the Point Grey Campus to play a very strong UBC program. It is unusual to see the Birds not on top, that being said, they have not lost a game either! It will take a super human effort to produce a W in this environment but never say never and anything is a possible. Our Premier Women are out of town at 6:45 a.m. to Comox.

Finally today we honour DTH van der Merwe who announced his retirement yesterday. "Deet" has given Canadian fans much to marvel at over his thirteen years and 38 tries. He played in four World Cups and earned 61 caps. We thank him for his service to Canadian Rugby and wish him well in the future.
