                                                  RUGBY RETURNS

Rugby kicks off the second half at the House of Windsor this Saturday when the VIRU Crimson Tide Senior Women will take to the pitch against Vancouver Thunderbirds at 1:00 pm. CW's Caitie Mc Nally & Ed Knaggs will constitute some of the coaching crew and although the team selection has not been announced as yet, it is expected that CW will have a strong representataion. In the Fall, the Thunderbirds defeated the Vancouver Wave. Weather forecast is on the improve, so come on down to the park to witness quality womens' rep rugby. Go, the Tide!

SECOND HALF REGISTRATION
CW has announced a half-fee reduction for registration for new registrants.  Spread the word, tell your friends they can register for rugby for the "second half".  It is a great opportunity to prepare for the school season.

DECEMBER OMISSION



It is with apology that we mention another year's achievement worthy of note.  CW's, Sophie 'Sunshine' Hayes featured on Harvard University's winning NCAA Conference title team in her rookie season. Harvard notched their fourth consecutive title, and Sophie scored a try in the winning cause. 'onya, Sophie.
