RUGBY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP - PLAYERS, 15 - 19.

Gordon Kehoe will be running a two-day rugby development session at Windsor Park on Sunday, May 3rd and Saturday, 9th May. These sessions will prepare players for rep and provincial rugby and will be a great addition for players involved with their high school rugby programs.

The camp will focus on improving the player in three key areas; SKILLS, DECISION-MAKING & FITNESS.
Players will come away with three keys to unlock their potential. They will have learned how to start improving their fitness, strength, and nutritional game. They will be provided with basic strength and conditioning guidelines and receive an individual physical literacy profile.
Most of all, players will learn that making lasting friendships, and working together on and off the field will help them achieve their goals.

WHEN? Saturday May 2nd and May 9th, 9am-11:00am; Windsor Park.
$40 for two days -$30 for one day
(20% of the proceeds will be donated to kids in need of financial assistance to play rugby in Victoria.)
