Monday's Musings
GOOD THINGS come in small packages!
Today, it's a 'hats off' to BC's Elite U18 7's team that competetd very successfully at the recent World School Sevens Tournament in Auckland. This was a 'first ever' for a Canadian side and the girls acquitted themselves very proudly, winning five of their six games against opposition from N.Z., Fiji, Tonga and Australia. CW's Ameliea Gordon (standing row, centre), bagged her share of tallies for a team that scored 140 points with just 36 against - OUTSTANDING. CW congratulates ALL of the girls and their coaches and management on this achievement. You, good thing, Amelia - 'onya! (Photo credit - BCRU.)
