HEAD COACH POSITION

The Castaway Wanderers Rugby Football Club (CW Rugby) has begun the search for our next Head Coach of the Senior Men’s Program.

As one of British Columbia’s and Canada’s most established rugby clubs, CW Rugby combines a proud history with a forward-looking commitment to excellence. Our Senior Men’s program competes at the highest levels of amateur rugby, and we are seeking a leader who can build on that foundation.

The successful candidate will:

Lead the Premiership team and coordinate all Senior Men’s coaches
Establish clear standards of preparation, accountability, and performance
Strengthen the player development pathway from juniors to senior rugby
Attract and retain elite-level athletes
Contribute to a culture that values inclusiveness, respect, and community

While CW is an amateur club, we approach our Premiership programs with professionalism and ambition. We are committed to creating an environment where athletes and coaches continuously improve and where competitive success is sustained year after year.
