A tip of the Ruggernut's cap to club dudes giving back to our community.  Firstly, to those who helped "fill the Salvation Army bell", undertaking their shift under chilly conditions - great stuff.  Then it was at dark in the Oak Bay village where security was undertaken by the CW "heavies"  (in Oak Bay??) whilst the Lighted Truck Parade wound its way through the village.  That's the season spirit.
