Thunder Rugby Camp for Indigenous Youth 2018

It's the 5th year for the Thunder rugby camp at Shawnigan Lake school. The camp promotes indigenous culture with sessions such as drum making and a cultural evening of dance and song but on the final day, graduation is three full 7s matches for each team with a short break in between. Head coach this year at the camp was former Canada international Mandy Marchak. Thunder head coach Phil Mack was busy winning the inaugural MLR championship with the Seattle Seawolves.
