CW U14 Girls 2022 - Speed and Agility Session

Location: Windsor Park Hey everyone! We hope you've had a restful and relaxing time off, but we think it's time to get back to RUGBY! On Sunday, January 22nd at Windsor Park Ed Knaggs, CW's U18 coach, and Naomi who is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with James Bay, will be running a speed and agility session at 11am.
