Wednesday's Ruck & Maul

Due to COVID we had to make the tough decision to cancel our much anticipated annual “face to face” Banquet & Auction Fundraiser. But it's not all doom and gloom. In lieu of this event we are coordinating a fun and interactive Online Auction from 29 April - 6 May! We are reaching out to you now because we need your help to gather items and experiences* for the auction. 

 
There are many creative ways for you to donate an item or experience from within your work/business and/or specific interests. We encourage you to reach out to colleagues, friends and family for donations too. A few examples of donations are: gift certificates, sports equipment/clothing, baked goods, framed artwork, a weekend getaway for two, cooking supper and delivering it to the winner’s home, massage therapy session, homemade baked pies (1 per month for 3 months), a round of golf, etc. The scope is endless!

 
This event will help our Club raise the much-needed funds to help support our ever growing Mini, Junior and Senior programs. Together through the Online Auction fundraiser we will create an experience that embodies the importance of connection with each other while fostering our amazing CW community spirit! We look forward to your participation as an auction donor and/or a bidder!
