Westshore Velox Visits CW

Westshore is a club that is improving with every outing and will cause a shock before too long.  At the Premier level they battled the Vikes fairly close last weekend and it took CW time and a good effort to overcome them last time round.  The Velox are bolstered by some new names for tomorrow's game, so let's hope they are given all due respect by the hosts and it will still take a good effort if CW is to be on top at the end of the day.

In the curtain-raiser CW Ones are another olio of who's who?  It is hard to predict any outcome in this game but it is healthy to note the number of regsitered players who are also, hopefully vying for positions.  Last time out, CW capitulated to the Norsemen abyssmally, so the faithful will be looking for a much improved effort tomorrow.  Go, boys.

In the main match, the CW pack looks solid with some beef and experience and will provide a good test for Westshore.  The backs see a new combination at #9/10, with van der Wal at #9 coming with some credentials. The Tricolours do have some players under injury and of course, any player even having a sniff of NSMT 7's is unavailable!  Good to welcome Nate Oliver back in the centers.

The club wishes our Women all the best as they cross the pond for their opening B.C. Premiership match against Bayside.  What a thrill for our ladies and the club - a magnificent achievement.  So, it's a full on rugby day at The Park.  Hie thee on down to support the lads.
