World Rugby 7s - law interpretations

This is what a one game suspension for a neck roll looks like in January 2017 on the World Rugby 7s circuit, for reference purposes moving forward. It was the Canada v South Africa Cup semi-final at Wellington 7s, Harry Jones, Canada captain, missed the 3rd/4th playoff match versus Scotland as a result.
