U12's FINISH UNDEFEATED

MINI RUGBY ENDS ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL SEASON
Last Sunday, CW travelled to Shawnigan Lake School to compete in the Annual (season-ending) Jamboree. As the pictures show, from our U10's demonstrating their CW haka, capably led by coach Stu, to Kyla, valiantly holding off a young Cowiuchan behemoth, our kids had a great time. Thanks to Barkley Logan from Cowichan for organising and to David Roberts, Principal, for this great location.
Our U14's continue season action this coming Sunday when they play Velox in the Island semi-final at UVic at 10:30 a.m. We hope that some of you can get to UVic to support CW. This game will be followed by U16 action, so a good morning of rugby is expected. Our Mini season has now ended. I would like to thank all the players, coaches and parents for another great year. Look for news in your school in September - tell your friends and get them out to CW Mini Rugby.
