NSWT Announce Major Changes For Samoa

This review of the women's opener against Spain shows some classic stuff!  Just loved Harvey's convert of her own first tally from the side line - skills some local "kickers" would envy.  The game report you read here asked some questions of the performance and speculated that the points differential may have been somewhat fortunate.  Canada has made five changes for tomorrow's match against Samoa, another country featuring a very large pack.  The English ran up a healthy 55 point margin and so, it seems like a "no brainer" and just by, how many? In the game of rugby today, nothing is a given and we are certain our girls are of sterner stuff and will be full on for the eighty minutes. Canada will miss Velox loosie, Barb Mervin who fractued a bone in the hand last game but otherwise, we suspect the changes might bolster some of the areas we questioned as needing improvement.  Tune in to TSN @ 8:00 a.m. and go, Ladies, go!

BOYS & GIRLS NATIONALS KICKOFF;
Calgary is the site of action in the National Championships, starting tomorrow.  CW has a number of lads in U14 and U16 who will be wearing B.C. colors and we wish them and their team mates well in their pursuit of the crown.  Go, B.C., go!
