MIKEYS TO PLAY IN BERMUDA

Fuailefau and Scholz have been chosen to play, along with a couple of other Canucks including Pat Parfrey, for a Barbarian-style team against top English club, Saracens, this Friday Night as a  Fundraiser for Bermudan Youth Rugby.  The encounter will be filmed by UK's Total Rugby.  In the new rugby era, such opportunities are becoming more frequent and not to be snubbed by players who are still amateurs. 

It is a case of Bermuda Rugby, no doubt a wealthy Union and the appeal of a magic climate, enticing Saries to fundraise by playing a 'post-season' match, great for Bermuda.........enough said!  It does beg the question, with Parfrey playing last week against the USA of his elligibility for the upcoming match against Fiji and/or permission from Rugby Canada, along with his squad mates to play.  In summary, good for the players, any first class opposition is a boon to be taken.
