Canada Announces Strong XV

Coach Crowley has announced a very strong starting XV to play the U.S. in South Carolina this Saturday.  Andrew Tiedeman gets the nod to replace Hubie at loose head and Ryan Hamilton starts ahead of Barkwill.  The locks, Jab Sinclair and Cudmore bring a welcome edge, a mongrel that maybe has been lacking, but a mongrel that must be kept in control!  The back row of Captain Carps, Ardron and Moonlight looks very appealing.  Mack and Jones pair at the halves, a combination that will be safe and can distribute possession to a good pair of centers, Hearn, who has now become a worthy International talent and Blevins, with the back three of DTH, a very welcome addition, Matt Evans and Pritch with a deep bench.  Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. PST on TSN2.  Better still, join the lads at The Temple from 2:30 onwards, arrange for a DD as you celebrate the W...at least that is this writer's call in a close one.

Footnote; CW is proud that Andrew, Ciaran and Nanyak recognise the Tricolors as being their club.  Ciaran and Nanyak have been with CW now for many moons.  CW is also very proud of its connection with other members of the squad - Ray Barkwill, Jebb Sinclair, Doug Woolridge and Ryan Hamilton.  We wish all of Red Nation all the best - you good things, go!
